  • Previously Dave was Managing Director at Accenture responsible for the Oracle SaaS business in North America as part of an acquired entity DAZ Systems.  While at Accenture Dave led and was responsible for one of the most successful Acquisitions within Accenture.  The successful execution of the business case in revenue, profits and retention of the team allowed for a massive growth in the Accenture Oracle Cloud practice.   Dave was the CEO and COO for DAZ Systems responsible for developing and executing the overall global operations strategy for the company.  Dave’s relationships and experience in the Oracle Applications allowed DAZ to expand into a North American and Global practice.  Prior to DAZ, Dave was in various roles at Oracle and spent 10 years as a sales executive in the applications segment of Oracle.    During this period Dave was instrumental in putting together the partner strategy for Oracle’s Mid-Market application business.  Prior to Oracle, Dave worked at ADP as a Major Account District Manager.  During this period at ADP, Dave was also a leader nationally in sales output. 

    Mr. Binkley has a B.A. degree in Business Management from the University of Southern California.  Dave currently serves as a strategic advisor to many other Companies across North America.


  • Srinivas Lakkaraju serves as the Chief Delivery Officer at Automus. Srinivas is a founding member of the company and has more than 2 decades of experience in delivery of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Cloud ERP Applications to clients in financial services, distribution, CPG, retail, software, manufacturing, communications, and healthcare industry segments. Prior to cofounding Automus, Srinivas had held several leadership roles including as Vice President at Peloton Consulting Group, Managing Director at Accenture, and Sr. Vice President of Delivery at DAZ Systems, Inc.

    During his tenure at DAZ, Srinivas had helped create a Cloud-specific implementation methodology and managed Global Delivery with the most number of successful Cloud ERP implementations as a platinum partner of Oracle.  Srinivas was part of the leadership team that oversaw the transition and integration of people and processes when DAZ was acquired by Accenture in October 2018.

    Srinivas had successfully led several complex multi-site, multi-country, and multi-pillar implementations with structured methodology, processes and people to deliver quality solutions to clients. Srinivas holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from Osmania University and is a Chartered Accountant from India.

  • Leader, geek, tinkerer, Faisal has spent 28 years designing supply chain solutions, helping customers transform, and learning a lot himself through that process. He is making AI tools with the same passion these days. When he is not geeking out on techy, supply chainy stuff, he works on finalizing his second book of poems, hiking, and trying to make that perfect cocktail, sometime all at the same time.

  • Previously, Jen was a Managing Director at Accenture responsible for leading the North American Sales Organization for the Oracle Cloud Sales Leads. Jen joined Accenture through the acquisition of DAZ Systems in 2018. Jen’s passion is in sales and revenue generation, building and managing high performing sales teams while managing strategic relationships with key clients and within the Oracle Sales organization. Prior to the acquisition, Jen was VP of Sales at DAZ Systems when DAZ was considered the #1 partner for Oracle Cloud and subsequently was acquired by Accenture to further grow their practice.

    Prior to DAZ, Jen spent close to 16 years at Oracle Corporation in various sales and management roles in the Oracle Applications space, including Applications Sales Manager, Solution Consulting Manager and Principal Solution Consultant. Prior to Oracle, Jen held various roles at an Oracle client, Inter-Tel, with her last role being the Project Manager of a full Oracle, e-Business Suite deployment across North America.

    Jen earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from The University of Arizona and her MBA with Distinction from Keller Graduate School of Management, with a Degree Certificate in Project Management. Jen lives in Scottsdale, AZ with her husband, two children, dogs and enjoys traveling, hiking, running and yoga.


  • Priscilla has over 15 years of corporate finance and accounting experiences in both public & private companies across different industries including professional services and real estates, with in-depth knowledge of planning and budgeting, reporting, GL, payroll and benefits, mergers and acquisitions. Before joining her current firm, Priscilla was the senior finance manager for DAZ business unit at Accenture helping to drive profitability and growth. Prior to Accenture, Priscilla was the VP of Finance at DAZ Systems - a leading provider of Oracle ERP Cloud services and she helped DAZ grew, sold and integrated with Accenture. Before Priscilla moved into corporate finance, she also worked 6 years in public accounting firm consulting small to medium businesses in the areas of business management, taxes and audits.

    Priscilla obtained her undergraduate degree from Marietta College and received her CPA license in 2005. Outside of work, Priscilla enjoys reading, hiking, camping and spending time with her families and friends.


  • Gopi has deep ERP experience, leading clients in their transformation journey to Oracle Cloud. He has delivered multi-pillar solutions across numerous industry verticals as a leader and a solution architect for over 22 years. He worked as a director at DAZ and Accenture, managing and providing oversight on many successful Client projects. Gopi now manages the Automus Delivery Practice and reports to the Chief Delivery Officer. With his strong Industry background and Oracle Product knowledge, he can demonstrate solutions to clients and articulate the value they can bring to their business by implementing Cloud applications. His passion for excellence, insight into Supply Chain solutions, and PMO skills across Agile and Waterfall methodologies have earned him great respect from clients and peers in the Oracle community.

    Gopi maintains a good work-life balance that makes him feel personally and professionally confident. He loves Yoga, Meditation, Running, and Hiking. He has completed many Half-Marathons and is working towards completing a Full Marathon soon!


  • Subbu currently heads the Offshore operations at Automus India, providing Strategy and Leadership. He oversees building and scaling high-performance teams, optimizing delivery and operations, and setting up and managing global delivery teams in an offshore environment.

    Prior to joining Automus, Subbu held the position of MD at Accenture, where he was responsible for leading the transition and Integration of the DAZ India group post-acquisition into Accenture. His leadership was also instrumental in the CTIO org and in representing the Oracle platform business group in establishing the multi-platform Composability Studio at the Accenture Innovation Center in Bengaluru. Before Accenture, Subbu was a Senior Manager for DAZ India, where he was responsible for developing, cross-skilling, and assembling the technical teams to deliver cloud transformation projects on Oracle. His journey began at DAZ US, where he played various roles and spent over 11 years successfully delivering numerous Oracle EBS projects across various industries in the US.

    Subbu has an MBA degree in Business Management. Outside of work, he Plays Badminton or tennis, watches sports, or spends time with family.


  • As Chief Operating Officer, David has responsibility for sales and operations within the company.   Additionally, David has responsibility for key Automus clients from delivery through ongoing executive alignment.

    David started his career at Oracle working with ERP and HCM applications before moving into consulting.  Spanning both boutique and global SI’s in his consulting career, he has had positions in project management, solution architecture, business development and sales before moving into the SVP Sales role at DAZ Systems.  David was SVP Sales when DAZ was widely considered #1 ERP/HCM implementor for Oracle Cloud and subsequently was acquired by Accenture to bolster their ERP practice.  David was then part of the leadership team tasked with growing the DAZ business inside Accenture while working through the integration.   While in his leadership role at DAZ, the company experienced tremendous growth while maintaining quality in delivery of its projects.

    David is a proud Canadian born and raised, getting a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfred Laurier University in Ontario.  He enjoys Golf, Volleyball and Skiing in his free time while spending time with his wife and son.


  • Eric has spent over 40 years shaping IT and Oracle ERP for companies globally across numerous industries. The early years involved software development, supporting complex simulations and AI solutions, which later evolved into large-scale implementations and IT operations. His career experience includes 15 years in R&D Software Development for the US Government, 10 years as the CIO of a successful Medical Device Company, and the remaining years leading Delivery and Support Clients to realize value in Oracle ERP. As the CIO of Automus, he is helping to evolve the company and leading initiatives with Clients.

    Outside work, Eric enjoys sailing, photography, woodworking, music, hiking, SCUBA, motorcycling, and applying technology to his world. Eric has spent many years serving on boards supporting youth sailing and sailboat racing out of his hometown in California.


  • Jason is extremely passionate about helping clients understand the value of an enterprise system like Oracle Cloud. As Director of Architecture, Jason has responsibility for architecting end-to-end solutions for clients and helping them achieve new levels of automation and value within their company.

    Jason has over 25 years of Oracle Application experience as a Manager, Solutions Consultant and as an Oracle customer. Jason started his career helping a small distribution business implement Oracle which ignited his passion for ERP and how much they help companies optimize their processes. Since then, he has helped over 200 Oracle customers with their Oracle journeys working for various Oracle SI firms like DAZ Systems and Accenture. His experience is centered around Oracle Cloud supply chain, distribution, CX, and Oracle Business Intelligence applications. His primary industries include Retail, Consumer Products, Life Sciences, Health Care, and High Technology.

    Outside of work, Jason enjoys playing beach volleyball, surfing, and camping.


  • Magdalena Krol has over 15 years experience leading and implementing technology projects across various industries (travel, banking, manufacturing, and non-profits) and managing change resulting from technology implementations (ERP – Oracle, SAP, Workday, ITSM, HRS, Smartsheet), innovation programs and software development. Formerly based in New York, Magdalena is partnered with senior management and technology professionals across industries from around the globe. As the VP of Program Management at Citigroup in New York, Magdalena spearheaded the delivery of a multi-national program of anti-money laundering (AML) software in compliance with new federal regulations. At AARP, Magdalena led an innovation program and innovations champions network across 50 state offices and set up operations of the AARP Innovation Lab at the Washington DC headquarters.

    Magda believes that Organizational Change Management should focus on human factors – how people perceive the change and how it can be approached to make it less frightening to the average employee. Partnering with client’s HR and key stakeholders, developing a group of change champions, as well as building a robust change management and training plan are some of the key success factors in her OCM approach.

    Magdalena earned Master of Arts degree in Finance and Strategy from Institut D’Études Politiques de Paris (Sciences Po) in France and MA in International Relations from Warsaw University in Poland. In addition, Magdalena studied economics and political science in Prague, CZ, through Georgetown University. An outdoor enthusiast, rain or shine, Magda enjoys time with her husband and children skiing, hiking, sailing and mountain biking.


  • Venkat Peyyala serves as Vice President, Support Services at Automus. Prior to joining Automus, Venkat was Associate Director with Accenture responsible for Oracle SaaS Support Services business for the West Coast (North America) as part of an acquired entity: DAZ Systems. Prior to DAZ, Venkat served in various roles at Wipro (US Operations), Oracle India and Ramco Systems.

    Overall, Venkat has 25+ years of experience - the last 20 years have been designing solutions, implementing, and supporting Oracle Customers - across several industries. His subject matter expertise covers the Supply Chain Manufacturing area. His strengths are solution design, upgrades and managing Support projects involving Oracle ERP on-premise (EBS) as well as ERP Fusion Cloud.

    Venkat strongly believes in: Focusing on Client needs and is extremely passionate about serving customers.

    Venkat is a certified Oracle Cloud Implementation specialist in Manufacturing, Procurement, Inventory, and Oracle Order Management. Also, a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and CPIM (Certified Production Inventory Management).

    Venkat Peyyala has an Engineering degree from Anna University (India) and Master’s in Management from Bharathidasan Institute of Management (India) and lives in Orange County, Southern California.


  • Kopalli serves as a Director at our wholly-owned Indian subsidiary, Automus Consulting (India) Private Limited.

    Kopalli has over 27 years of experience, which includes 9 years of domain expertise in Financial Accounting and 18+ years of strong experience in implementations, upgrades and support of Oracle ERP Solutions, both on-premise and Cloud applications, for global customers.

    Kopalli has worked for various clients across industries including Staffing, Consumer Goods, Retail, Transportation, Financial Services, Telecom, Banking, Fitness, Electronics, Oil & Energy, Health Care, Apparel & Fashion, Consumer Goods, Renewable Energy.

    Prior to joining Automus, Kopalli held several roles such as Functional Consultant, Solution Architect, Team Lead and Project/Support Manager. Kopalli holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance.


  • Sateesh Venugopal serves as Vice President and currently leads Bangalore Offshore Capability Center for Automus. Also, he leads Delivery projects from offshore and manages delivery teams by providing oversight.

    Prior to Automus, Sateesh as a Director at Accenture led large Cloud projects and delivered by managing global resources across geographies. He represented Oracle platform business group in establishing the multi-platform Composability Studio at the Accenture Innovation centre in Bangalore.

    Sateesh was a Senior Manager for DAZ India and during this time he developed Cloud technical practice by cross-skilling technical teams. Before moving to DAZ India in 2013, Sateesh was doing technology consulting for DAZ US for over 10 years in implementation of Oracle EBS projects across various industries.

    Sateesh has bachelor’s degree in computer science. Tennis and Badminton being his favourites, has participated in recreational leagues. Travelling and spending time with family you can find Sateesh doing outside of work


  • Raju Pakalapati, is very passionate about People & Culture. As a Vice President, Raju has the responsibility of acquisition and engagement of the best Talent at Automus. In addition to this, Raju leads key accounts in our Oracle Cloud Support Group.

    Raju has over 18 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition, Performance, Learning & Development, Total Rewards and People Engagement. In his previous assignment, Raju was instrumental in a seamless integration of DAZ Systems into Accenture. As a Director at Accenture, he also lead the Shared Services Delivery Unit in the Oracle Cloud Business Group. Raju was earlier associated with Wipro, Nexeon, Fluentgrid and Novisync.

    Raju has a Master’s Degree in Business Management, specializing in Human Resources. He enjoys music, cricket, travel and spending time with his wife and two daughters.


  • Kayla is a Human Resources leader specializing in talent acquisition. Kayla’s areas of expertise include full-cycle recruitment, project staffing, consultant placement, talent strategy, and workforce administration.

    Kayla is passionate about connecting organizations with top-tier talent. She has experience recruiting within agency and in-house settings globally across industries including Financial Services, Technology, Banking, Retail, and Health Care. Kayla leads the recruitment of Oracle functional and technical consultants to improve and increase operations and support project implementations, rollouts, upgrades, postproduction support, customizations, and training. Kayla strives to create a positive and inclusive candidate experience that reflects Automus’ culture and values.

    Kayla earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration—Human Resources Management from Long Beach State. Outside of work, she enjoys skiing, hiking, paddleboarding, and traveling with her family and friends.
